noadshealth is a small, independent site that publishes honest, practical fitness advice. No display ads, no autoplaying video, no popups, no newsletter modals, no cookie banners, no analytics, no trackers, no affiliate banners — none of that.

What you’ll find here

Plain articles about workouts, nutrition, recovery, gear, and beginner-friendly programs, plus a few small browser-based calculators (BMI, with more on the way). Everything is meant to be useful first, monetized maybe.

How the site stays free

Two things help cover costs, and that’s it:

  1. Relevant Amazon affiliate links inside articles. When an article recommends a specific piece of gear, the link to that gear on Amazon carries our affiliate tag. If you buy through it, Amazon pays us a small percentage — your price doesn’t change. We only link to things we’d recommend anyway. As an Amazon Associate we earn from qualifying purchases.
  2. Tips via Ko-fi. The little “Support this site” button in the corner opens our Ko-fi page in a new tab. It’s optional, the button can be hidden in Settings (gear icon, bottom-left), and clicking it doesn’t track you — we can only see that you sent a tip if you actually send one.

That’s the entire revenue model. There is no subscription tier, no paid content, no sponsored posts, no banner ads.

Who runs this

noadshealth is part of the NoAdsDude family of small, ad-free sites. The same stance — no ads, no tracking, no nonsense — applies across all of them.

A note on advice

Articles here are general-population guidance, not medical advice. If you have a condition, an injury, or you’re pregnant or post-surgical, please talk to a qualified professional before changing what your body does.

Questions

If something on the site is wrong, misleading, or out of date — please let us know. We’d rather fix it than leave bad info up.
